Fun Daily Deal makes it easier for people to enjoy the great things in life for substantially less money. I want today’s deal! Tell me how to get it!
All you have to do is create an account if you don’t already have one. Once you have an account, you will need to associate a credit card or debit (Visa or MC) card with your account. THIS INFORMATION IS SECURE! Once you are logged in and your credit card information is associated your account, click the “BUY” button on the deal you want before the offer ends at midnight. If the predetermined number of members signs up for the deal, we will charge your card on file and send you a link to print your voucher. If not enough people sign up, then no one gets the deal and you won't be charged. If the deal does not go live, we are sad, you are sad, and the business is sad, so invite your friends and family to make sure you and everyone else gets the deal!
What happens if the Daily Deal doesn't reach its number of Daily Dealers required to make the deal go live?
If not enough people sign up, then no one gets the deal and you won't be charged. If the deal does not go live, we are sad, you are sad, and the business is sad, so invite your friends, family, even invite your mother-in-law to make sure you and everyone else gets the deal!
Can I be the only one to sign up for the deal or do I need to get friends to sign up also?
You can be the only one because other members, like you, will be buying the deal making a large enough group for the deal to go live. Though, you'll want to invite everyone you know anyway. Your friends and loved ones might get a little upset with you for hording the savings all to yourself.
Do I have to use my voucher on the same day I buy it?
No. However, some vouchers have an expiration date so please assure that you use it by the date printed on the voucher.
I bought a deal! How do I get my voucher & how do I use it?
First off, CONGRATULATIONS! The next morning after the deal is done and your credit card has been charged, you will receive an email link to sign in and print your voucher. The voucher will remain in your account to print. The business is supplied a list with the voucher’s unique identifier and your name to validate your purchase. Each voucher has redemption instructions printed on it.
Can I buy a voucher as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! As a matter of fact, this is a great way to get your friends, family, and yes, even your mother-in-law excited about Fun Daily Deal. We communicate to all of the businesses that we work with that the vouchers can be gifted. Unless the fine print specifically states otherwise, start giving and get someone a Fun Daily Deal! To have us send them the voucher, select the gift option at checkout.
If I don't use the full value of my voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder at another time?
No. Unless your voucher specifically states otherwise, which is more rare than the Pinta Island Tortoise.
Can I combine my voucher with other offers or specials?
Not usually. Please check your voucher. It is up to the discretion of the business to allow this.
Am I billed when I join a Daily Deal?
No - you are only charged if the Fun Daily Deal reaches the required minimum number of deals required to make the deal go live.
What happens if my credit or debit card is declined? Can I still get the deal?
Don’t Worry! It happens to the best of us! Instead of a Voucher, you will receive an email stating that your card was declined. Please update your card on file and click “process transaction.” If the new card is authorized, you will be sent your voucher within 24 hours.
What happened if my card was charged but I did not receive my email for my voucher or my voucher in my account?
Please call or email customer service and we will have the issue resolved for you.
Is Fun Daily Deal safe?
YES!!! Your credit card number and other information is transmitted by SSL and we store your sensitive payment data on secure servers, which comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). There is no way to get any more secure!
Can I return a Voucher?
Returns are handled on an individual basis. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, we cannot promise to facilitate a return. Requests are typically not accepted if received after 5 days following the purchase of that deal.
Do you ever remove comments from the discussion board?
Typically No. However, we will remove comments when you double or triple post, make verbal attacks on other people, or use any type of language deemed inappropriate by our staff. We do not remove or edit your or someone else's posts simply because you "change your mind", so please think twice about if you are happy with your post being displayed publicly indefinitely. We definitely do not take kindly to Internet trolls.
What do I do if the business for my voucher closes down or will not honor my voucher?
If the business closes down, you will get your money back. If the business refuses to honor the voucher, contact our customer support and we will intervene on your behalf. If we cannot reconcile the issue with the business, we will give you your money back, unless it comes to our attention that your actions toward the business or its employees were the cause of the refusal.
I just sent a referral to my friend, family member, or even my mother-in-law now what?
If your friend, family member or mother-in-law purchases their first voucher within 7 days from the time they click on the referral link you send them, we'll put $5 worth of credits in your account for use on any future Fun Daily Deal that you choose.
How many people can I refer?
